One's personality is both a composition and reflection, but if I have to choose one of them, I will choose reflection as the "self" is more important to me than "me". One's composition may change, walking across the cultural landscapes and climbing the social ladder but one's self is tied to one's reflections. The fun part is that reflections are not bound to "Time-Space" barriers ( it is not time-space) and respective mental constructs, which have grown so thick over ages, that they had reduced the image of humans to Sisyphus, rolling different sizes of boulders on hills of different heights.… As the name of this Blog indicates, knols are my perspectives on topics of interests, sweet/bitter experiences or just doodling :)

Stories, too short (Part: 4)

“Can I be your friend?” she told him.
“I have not enmity to anyone” He replied her.
“If I become your enemy then what would you do?”
“You can’t be my enemy without reason.”
“Do you want to know me?” she asked him again.
“Ideas are more real than images”
“I try to be a quiet man like you but I can’t”
“I like talkative people”
“Wow! It means that you like me?
“I like all people who like others”
“But I only like you”
“I believe in freedom of expression”

A strange lady rented a house in the town. She was glamorous and attractive and alone so all noticed her presence in the town. People were curious about her and wanted to know more about her but she was interacting very less with people. For a few days no one has seen her. After she was seen again some women asked her but she told them that she went for visit to Islamabad. This event made people suspicious of her. Rumors spread about her as a US spy. She was called again to Islamabad and then no one has seen her. A new family shifted to her house. By asking her house owner he told people that she was a widow and his husband was killed in Kabul. She knew that she was not secure if the people knew about her especially opportunist men so she was applying for a visa to US and had requested the house owner to not tell anybody about her until she leave the place.

Receiving too much messages he messaged her, “Mobile phones are not invented to waste your time for nothing. Try to utilize your time for goals that help you achieve your purpose of life”
She replied him back, “I following exactly the same line. You are my purpose of life”
“People could help each other in the purpose of life but they can’t be purpose of each other”
“What about those mothers who live for their children and those philanthropic workers endangered their lives for others?”
“Children and philanthropic works are ways of expressing the purpose of life but not the purpose of life. Children are part of Mother’s life not the life of mother.”
“I want to express my purpose of life through you and making you part of my life”
“You need to learn how to express. Messaging through mobiles is not expressing oneself but an addiction. Just learn how to unlearn this addiction and you find liberated yourself to express through others.”

34

His son was admitted to Hospital and doctors have prescribed medicines which were beyond the pocket of the father. Compelled by fatherly affections he went to office of his employer. “My son is admitted to Hospital and I can’t afford the fee and the medicines so I request you some aid or loan, as you prefer” The poor father begged to employer.
“How much money do you need?” Asked employer
He become pleased and replied, “It would be your greatness if you could give me 10,000 Rupees.
“But I need 10,000,000 Rupees to complete my new complex at time. Tell me whose need is bigger? Your need is 10,000 Rupees and I need 10,000,000 Rupees so I am more needy than you. You are fortunate that there are people who can help you and I am unfortunate that no one can help me.”
He came out of office convinced of logic of his employer and was planning to go for help to fellow poor men whose needs equal his needs.

35

Director of Public Service Commission visited the office of Principal who was his friend. During discussion the principal complained about his stomachache and asked him if knows a good doctor for curing. The director of PSC advised him to no visit any doctor but despite visit a traditional medicine practitioner. The Principal surprised and asked him that how he could rely on traditional medicines instead of modern medicine. The PSC director replied, “I have interviewed doctors who have passed commission exams and to my surprise most of them failed to explain the chemistry of digestion. If one who can’t understand the process of digestion how he could diagnose your disease and how he could prescribe a medicine for you? If you want to not die out of experiments of these doctors so you have rely on the experienced traditional medicines”

36

In a shoe making shop the Ustad (master) asked his pupil, “What is the most difficult work?”
“Stitching shoes ustad!” replied Pupil.
“No! The most difficult work in world is speaking. You know why people call you made? because you can’t speak properly and convincingly.”

37

A government officer coming back to his village met with his shepherd. They were talking about their lives. Suddenly the officer asked his shepherd, “Can you become a government officer?”
Shepherd surprised by question replied, “How can I become officer? I am an illiterate shepherd?”
Officer asked him again, “Can you count the notes?”
“Yes Sir! It is an easy job?” replied shepherd
“Then you can become officer because officers are expert in taking bribes and commissions and it is their main job.”

38

“Have you seen the homeless and poor garbage collecting boys are quarrelling each other over the garbage?”
“Yes Sir! But why you are asking this question?”
“Do you not thinking that different ethnic groups that quarrelling each other over city is like those garbage collecting boys quarreling over garbage?”
“Yes Sir! You are right. This city has become like dump land of garbage and no one noticing it but is just quarrelling over this pile of garbage.”

39

“Sir! How do you interpret the situation in Afghanistan?”
“Though I am myself an Afghan but I say don’t think about such a nation and country where there is only explosions, killings, grieves and destruction. It is a hell where there is no accountability and judgments. Thinking about this place makes ones thoughts negative by losing faith on goodness of men and humanity. Why you are not thinking about other nations who are trying hard to make earth the Garden of Eden? At least your thoughts become positive.”

40

“Sir! Your expressions are very bitter and it looks that you have lost hopes?”
“A hopelessness that directs you towards a goal is far better than hopes that directs you towards anarchy and destructions”

Lessons from my master

He was an attractive old man with white beard face in which satisfaction was apparent. I remember my first conversation with him in form of random answer and question session. He was revealing my self to me by reading my souls by questioning,

“My son! Have you faced people who you are served your best but they didn’t thank to you?”

“Yes”

“How did you feel about them?”

“I felt they were ill grown people or their souls are diseased with pride”

“OK! Have you ever found people who you wanted to love wholeheartedly but they stepped out?”

“Yes Baba”

“What were your feelings about them?”

“I judged that either they were ignorant about me or their prejudices stopped them to recognize me?”

“Have you ever felt genuinely that peace does exist?”

“I have concluded from my experiences, observations and knowledge that wars never stop. War is ninety percent wait and see with preparations and ten percent active engagements. We consider ninety percent of wait and see as peace.”

“Well my son! Have you ever excelled in a skill by practice that made you able to do that work with no mistake?”

“I have found that though frequent practicing makes mistakes less and lesser but nothing can rule out mistakes.”

“OK then, have you found anything that is solely belongs to you?”

“I have found that all things even my soul is shared”

“OK my son! All these questions were to prepare you through yourself for your journey into spirituality. Remember spirituality is founded on love and love is nothing but sharing. The highest level of sharing is sharing of soul. If you have preparation to accept love through sharing then you are prepared to enter into world of spirituality. Another important point to remember is that no one is perfect and it is love that makes us perfect. Wise are those who love to protect themselves against their mistakes. Whenever you reject loving through sharing either by fear or greed you have made your soul vulnerable to diseases. It is love through sharing that has the power to heal the diseased souls.”

My experiences were telling me that love through sharing is a very challenging attitude because I have found real people with particular philosophies and attitudes. A few days later I come again to see my master by questions in my head. He was busy reading a book with a notebook and pencil beside him. Maybe they were for noting some important points. On my arrival he greeted me warmly.

“I have serious doubts in my mind.”

“Let your mind speak to me.”

“I have worked in different professions and have experienced different attitudes. Every street of Bazaar has their own mindset. It is why I am convinced that beside philosophies that known to academics and intellectuals there are Bazaar philosophies also that rule on lives of people. Working in motor mechanic shop I found drivers coming there talking mostly about women, men and young generation of ill characters. The same I found in workshops of woodworks and shoe making. Sitting in those environments one perceive that it is the end of society where no one safe especially the young generations is drowned in addictions, prostitutions, gambling, thefts, deceiving and radical fashions. I have heard stories of betrayals, killings, deceiving that I almost become afraid of every individual. But when I come to school and college for teaching, here I found most of students are competing each others in grades, discipline, knowledge and skills. I found most of people here are concerned over problems and debating and thinking to find solutions and determining their roles in those solutions. These two environments are parts of the same society.

Beside this in workshops I found a vast gulf in thinking and attitudes between workers and owners. As workers are mostly involved in telling stories of the robberies, killings, deceiving, love stories and family problems, I found owners talking mostly about marketing and investment strategies. Similarly, there are a vast gulf of thinking and attitudes among officers of lower ranks and higher ranks who are in administrative posts. Most of officers of lower ranks love to talk about their connections with officers or discussing politics while officers with higher ranks are busy in planning, meetings and administering.

In a naturally unequal world a single philosophy doesn’t exist but everyone has their own philosophies which rule the attitude of people. Here it seems very hard for me to survive with philosophy of love through sharing?”

He smiled to me and replied, “Do you think that nature is founded on justice?”
“As a student of science I know that nature run of certain laws that is why there is discipline in natural world.”

“OK then can you tell me what do you feel when watching a wolf is tearing a sheep alive or lions are eating a zebra alive?”

“I feel really sorry and think it unjust but when see it is the only means for survival of predators then I become convinced that life has prices that everyone has to pay in some forms.”
“See the world depends on the visions. Workers and officers in lower ranks have narrow worlds because there shares are small. They see the world unjust and full of corruptions. On other hand owners and officers in high ranks whose shares are larger see bigger pictures so they accept responsibilities for problems and work harder to expand their shares. My son! It is your vision that creates the images of your world. Thinking big makes you have big and bigger shares by taking great and greater responsibilities. It is what make you lead. So your position depends on the reaches of your love.”

After answering my question he made another question to me,

“Did you feel helpless after losing something important?”

This time I decided to answer more wisely so I replied him,

“Yes! But I never let helplessness grow to overshadow my ambitions. I think of millions of people whose lives are overshadowed by helplessness but still they crawl to live. Whenever I lose something that led me to helplessness I think of my capabilities to help such people and find instead of these losses still I can be the source of hopes for a few of them. The hope and belief in my capabilities kill the feelings of helplessness inside me.”
I saw a reflection of satisfaction and relief in his face while he told me,” It is your love of people that gave you strength. If you haven’t shared or helped people you never had the capability to overcome your helplessness. Love through sharing has grown you to levels of believing in yourself.”

Instant Reality as a Co-System

There are political systems and economic systems working in real societies or had worked in Utopias “Imaginary lands where thought political and economic systems are working”. Systems are usually doing no t match with each other in theory but the world has seen that aspects of political and economic systems complement each other. We can find some aspects of the socialist system in the capitalist system; similarly some aspects of monarchy and aristocracy complement the democratic system. In cases where a system complements another system, the systems become co-systems of each other. The thinkers may not have thought of co-systems where a co-system helps a working system to work more efficiently and productively. There are some values that are common in all human societies that have less recognized in current systems. These values collectively make a co-system that by formal recognition and inclusion can help improve the efficiency of every system so here present them as Instant Reality Co-System.

1- Moral Based culture:

Every society has a culture that change with dominant aspects of society. Culture has strong influence on behaviors and choices of people so they determine the trends of the political and economical systems. Certainly every society has moral values which distinguish them from others or in other words they lead society towards collective objectives. Hence The Instant Reality propose a moral based culture which help the people to cope with changing trends to have political and economical systems molded into the morality of their societies. The political and economic systems should help societies achieve the moral values set by a society to help all members of a society and not benefit a particular group and exploit the other at price of the profits of the earlier group.

Morality is a set of evolutionary adaptations that distinguishes between what are beneficial to individuals and society and what are dangerous to individuals and society. Cultures and societies have rituals and celebrations and informal means of education through which individuals are taught what they have to do and what not have to do. This is also the unfortunate aspect of the culture that to many extent cultures forgets their original objective under influence of the dominant forces of the societies and become tools for exploitations for the sake of profit of dominant forces of societies. Though in modern societies the individuals have empowered and they no longer exploitable directly by cultures but the still the cultures that come through advertisements of the multinational companies exploit them indirectly and these trends in modern cultures change the basic nature and behavior of men.

Keeping this aspect we have to define morality and make our changing cultures standardized by morality. As we have already defined that anything that is dangerous to individuals and society is immoral and anything that is beneficial is moral. Keeping this in mind the leading role for determining morality of changing trend is knowledge and research. As knowledge and research’s conclusions is beyond the borders of nation states, ideologies and religions, cultures and interests of traders and manufacturers so they will help in developing a global or human cultures that is able to cope with exploitations and flaws of the systems in different human societies.

2- Creative Labor:

Creativity is mechanism of progress. Now it is an accepted fact so almost all societies are talking about the encouraging creative it but talking about creativity and making a mechanism for producing and flourishing creativity is totally two different approaches. It is really interesting to talk about what is creativity and what is not and adopt strange and meaningless things and behaviors to prove the creativity is fashionable but they can’t help creativity.

The most important thing in facilitating creativity is creative education and creative work opportunities. These two supportive mechanisms for creativity will produce a creative labor force that flourish a society and will develop creative culture and products that wholly reshape present human societies. Creativity is an opportunity that nothing can replace it. Today it is highly debated that what will the solution for replacements of laborers by machines. The consumptions of laborers in services sectors have solved to great extent the replacements of workers by machines but the fate of these laborers also depends on the gambles in financial markets. A single collapse of the markets will cause a surge of unemployment.

Creativity is the creator of opportunities. Sometimes it is really becomes beyond of our conceptions that what are the objectives of our education systems are? Education is the most vital tool in social engineering and nation building but certain systems of education are running parallel to each other’s and sometimes opposing each other. Are they not causing conflicts despite serving the society? For achieving a certain objectives education systems forget even the basic nature of human being. We will discuss it in education based on the developmental stages. When an education system set certain objectives they should make it certain they match the basic human nature and they facilitate the creativity.

The second and most important point in a society is the facilitation of creativity. Creative colleges, universities, institutions and also unemployed individuals should encourage coming with creative projects and state and organizations help them in evaluating and workability of their projects and ideas. I call it creative labor. It is most essential to progress of a nation that creative ideas and creative ambitious individuals and group of people should be helped to give birth to their ideas and projects.

3- Tolerance and respect of expression:

In today’s society it is fashionable to favor in talks and writing the liberty and freedom of speech, writing and religions but as there is no code of conduct for the expressions so the misinformation and objective reporting are used to misguide the public opinions for gaining certain political and economical objectives. Misinformation and objective reporting designed to misguide people are the source of tensions among people and nations of the globe. It is a tool for killing of global justice and human rights. It is why despite the liberty and freedom of expression we use the term tolerance and respect of expression. In tolerance of expression one is allowed to express his opinion on any subject matter but by respecting others believes and emotions. Misinformation and objective reporting to cause hatred is against the tolerance and respect of expression. It doesn’t mean the governments are allowed to restrict the expression by name of tolerance and respect of expression but it means that a code made based on human rights that none is allowed to agitate people or governments against fellow human. The conflicts in opinions in social and physical sciences are part of the creative processes and should be encouraged. It is the religious believes that should be respected. The preaching of all religions should be free and none should allow to stop them as it is the basic human rights of all to get all forms of information and to choose religion or convert but preaching doesn’t means to attack others believes or campaign against others religions.

4- An accepted level of standards for all members of society:

The basic purpose of a state’s existence is the welfare of its members. For fulfilling this basic purpose all societies need to set an accepted level of standards for its all members. Certainly as a state put responsibilities and duties on its members, it is the duty of state to coordinate among the rates of progress of its members to help those members of society who can’t help themselves benefit from general progress should be benefited from the progress. Without an accepted level of standard a state becomes a legal organization for exploitation of majority by hands of minority in all systems.

5- Education based on the developmental stages:

The developmental stages are an accepted fact both by biological sciences and psychology but our education systems have ignored them. There are books and schoolings for children but not for teenagers and youths. There are divisions like preschools, primary, middle, high; graduation and post graduation studies but all are a general division. There is very less changes moving from one division to another division. There are no changes of approaches and methodologies for each specific division.

a- The children rely on their senses so the teaching methods should focus on the teaching and learning through senses.

b- The teen agers rely on their emotions so the teaching methods should focus on emotions in the teaching and learning methods so the teenagers become psychologically stable members of society.

c- The youth rely on logic and reasoning so the teaching and learning methods should focus the logic and reasoning in this age group.

d- In late youth stages, men rely on the creativity to prove themselves to society so the teaching and learning methods should focus on creativity of the individuals and provide the society, psychologically stable creative professionals that engineer the society creatively.

6- Peace and security should be free of cost to members of society:

The peace and security is going to be the most expensive business. As the cost of security is beyond the reach of the most of members of society so their blood, dignity and position in society is vulnerable to the hands of criminals and the security agencies themselves. Those who have the capabilities to buy peace and security their blood, dignity and position in society are well protected and dignified. It is a division of human rights based on the wealth. Hence it is the responsibility of the state to ensure the security of blood, dignity, wealth and position of its members and it is impossible except by making peace and security free of cost and available to every member that required. The presence of private security companies is only accepted if they are paid by government not private businesses and they should be bound by laws for securing all members.

7- Justice system based on compensation:

Crime is breaking the order of society. For maintaining the order of the society every society has an incentive and punishment system to keep its members part of the order. It is logical to the justice system be based on the compensation. If one break the order, it is necessary that the government compensate them by the labor of that individual. Compensating by wealth make the justice system not working well as wealthy individuals become able to violate the rights and dignity of others by force of their wealth but time and physical labor is a force that will make individuals to think many time for doing crime. In a society where all have an accepted level of life standards, crimes will be a psychological act. The solution is also a psychological one by making psychological barriers and by making psychological compensation.

Time has become the most precious commodity so the urge for quick tranfer of messages are needed everywhere. Here I have managed my time considering others time also..............

Stories, too short (Part: 3)

21

A worker of shoe making, he neither thought of large sum of money nor has he thought of becoming a rich man. He accepted it as a reality to live poor throughout of his life. One day his shop owner came to his place, where he was working and told him, “Today, you have to carry with you a large sum of money in your bag”
“Why should I? I mean, my only means of travel is an old bicycle. If someone follow me and stop me, I cannot escape by this bicycle.” He replied.
“That is why I am giving you the money to carry it because no one thinks of you having money or carrying money.” Shop owner told him.
When he put bag of money to the handle of his bicycle and riding bicycle, he was feeling very different, proud and satisfied. People around him seemed to him as very ordinary and of no importance and value. He was looking to people seemed rich and he wished he could tell them, “Look! I have also large sum of money as much as I could buy bungalow and car and have a business of mine.”
He reached to shop owner’s home. Shop owner was waiting for him anxiously. As he handed bag of money to shop owner, shop owner relaxed and asked him for lunch. After lunch he headed toward his home. Now while riding the bicycle, he was no more feeling proud and satisfied. All people were looking more important than him. He couldn’t tell rich people that, “Look I have also money.” It was first time he has realized that why rich people are so proud. It is all money. The moment they lose their money they will lose their pride and confidence.

22

His pride and ability to socialize and making friends were exemplary. He was a graduate but was involved in different businesses. For the past several weeks he was topic of community gathering. It was amazing for me as he was an intelligent and active part of the society but now he was an anti social individual. He allied with few other unemployed graduates to run a gambling centre. Few representatives of community talked to him several times to convince him for leaving the gambling but may be lucrative earnings were an obstacle. At last member of the community decided to punish him and stop him by force. It worked and he stopped gambling in open but he continued gambling underground. In one meeting I saw him discussing about the prize bonds. I asked him, “If number hits 10,000,000 Rupees then what would you do with that money?”
“I borrow another 10,000,000 Rupees and gamble them to increase chances of winnings.” He replied.

23

As I asked about the doctor to stamp on my Urine test result for medical report, a person came to me and told me, “Please follow me” and he open the lock of a door and asked me, “Please come in” and then directing to a chair told me, “Please have a sit”. It was looked to be his office and he was a doctor. He started advising me and then preaching. I also started questioning, agreeing and disagreeing to his points. The preaching turned into discussion. I felt he was feeling uneasy as he wanted me, not to comment and just listen and I judged from this that he was serving himself not his religion.

24

When conflict turned into crisis, there were need of support in terms of labor, money and even life. Very few were courageous and devotee enough to stand in crisis. When crisis was over a crowd of people and individuals appeared who were showing anger and were protesting the manner it solved. How amazing it is that very few stands to sacrifice but very large numbers come to claim heirs, relations and leaderships as crisis over.

25

He was very furious about tells of his country,” I know the history but this history is an abuse to my country and I take it as abuse to my country”. I was amazed of his reaction but took it as a natural response as love of motherland makes everyone sensitive and extremist. As I came out of his office two small girls took my feet and begged for money. The girls and the person who was expressing his extreme patriotism were from the same tribe. His response was no more natural to me as it is the countrymen who are the source of identity of a land and those who are ignoring their countrymen have false claims patriotism.

26

Hot discussions were about the sustainability of businesses. All were concerned about future of their investments as the markets are falling and the investments are evaporating in chaos and uncertainty but at last all agreed that, investments in weaponry and medicines are always profitable as human never stop conflicting. It was a story that was telling all other stories, I concluded.

27

He was going to throw the daily garbage of his home to an empty government land. He saw the writing on the wall, “Don’t throw garbage here”. He threw his garbage and decided to find new place for dumping his garbage. Meanwhile he saw the government servant coming to him. As he reached there he threw his own garbage and told him by nodding his head in anger, “These people are really savage. Look! I have written on wall that don’t throw garbage here but again people are throwing their garbage here”…………….

28

“I am the most unlucky man. When I plan for a holiday due to high storm in morning, suddenly the weather gets normal. When I expect a general strike the political situation gets normal. There is load shedding but in work hours there is no load shedding. Even the official holidays come on Sundays…………………….” He was telling me.
“You are not unlucky. You are unprepared for your works and prepared for holidays”. I replied him.

29

In field you have a lot of time to discuss different issues so we were discussing politics on our back to our camp. All students were expressing their anger about the deteriorating political situation of the country. Our country was coping with political instability since its birth. Our teacher was listening quietly to our discussions. Finally he started expressing his views, “If I conclude your discussions I would suggest only one solution to this problem. Our solution is in neo-colonist era.”
We all stood in our places and looking to our teacher in shock, “What Sir! Neo-colonist era?”
“Yes! Let me explain. I have been an active and dedicated political worker whole my life, from my student life till today. I started with a religious party. It was based on prejudices and division. I understood that this party lack vision and it can’t be our savior. I joined a secular democratic party. To my shock most of its members were opportunist people who gathered to get bigger shares from society. They were all corrupt people. I understood that they exploit everything for their profit. Then I joined leftist socialist party. To my astonishment there all people antisocial individuals who were angry with society. They had no plan for construction of country but for destroying everything that couldn’t agree with them. I found them people who loved them being called revolutionists by destroying and torturing people. Then I joined nationalist party. Here all people were extremists who had no judgments and vision for country. They were racists who were considering anything done by their race is true and welcoming either that was right or false. Anything done by others were wrong and unacceptable either they were constructive or destructive. ………………………………..
At last I found by my own experience that our divisions are so deep that we ourselves aren’t able to reconcile and heal ourselves. We need interventions to solve our problem. If some external force colonizes us, they will make us to abide their laws. In presence of external force people automatically unite and learn from them how to abide law. Our nation half to a century to learn that law is above all our preferences and this can’t be done except by a strong external force who teach us how to make laws and how to respect the law”.
The entire student was answerless because it was true that we all give ourselves and our ideals more importance than law. Ignoring of law was the source of lawlessness and deep divisions that nation lost its ability to heal and reconcile.

30

In the office a few lecturers and lab attendants were discussing the political issues and almost all were analyzing the situation in a hopeless manner. One of the assistant professor went to extreme to present his own solution, “ I think we have spoiled to an stage that we are not only degrading ourselves but are the sources of problems and headaches for others also. Our existence is problematic for others as well as for ourselves. Hence the simplest solution that will be a blessing to all mankind is that all individuals of our nation’s men, women and children all and all drink poison and leave the world in peace. Our nation’s collective martyrdom would be greater than Socrates martyrdom”
Though we couldn’t agree with his point of view but we couldn’t disagree also.

Some common logic

A-Progressive relativism

The relations of things to each other both in time and in space are a common process in making perceptions. Our perceptions can’t be understandable without clear relations that we make in things we observe and imagine. Our perceptions differ from each other due to the differences of our abilities in making relations. Our understandings, imaginations and visions are based on the relations we make in things, ideas, imaginations, perceptions etc. These differences of perceptions are making basis for logic that we can call progressive relativism.

Progressive relativism is our conscious and unconscious preferences in numbers like our first preferences, second preferences and so on in thoughts, actions and choices. We have developed the progressive relativism in our journey of our evolution. Hence it is an evolutionary adaptation. Just look the example of our preference in social relations. Our first preference is our parents, siblings, other relatives, tribesmen, men from our nation and then those who are close to us in terms of culture, religion, etc and then human as whole. It is not a biased inhuman preference but it is a natural one that we mostly behave according to but not recognize it.

Professions also influence the progressive relativism. The matters, knowledge, technologies etc related to ones profession is more important than other technologies, knowledge and matters etc. The preference in knowledge, information, technologies and matters are deeply rooted to ones profession. Though it is a common knowledge but it has serious applications in our lives especially during social interactions and business relations.

Cultures, traditions, ideologies and religious beliefs deeply influence not only preferences but also progressive preferences. The differences in life styles of people of different cultures, traditions, religious beliefs and ideologies are deeply rooted in their progressive preferences according to the guidance. Sure the interactions of the different cultures and traditions and religions also influence preferences. It has seen in people who immigrated. Immigrations and progress in global communications have influenced the preferences that in some areas there is a cultural crisis. From cultural crisis it is also become evident that the knowledge of people about their cultures are weak so it is not depend on strength of cultures but in presentations of cultures that are playing key roles in setting preferences of people.

B- Flexibility Rule

There are two phenomenons in human’s activity that repeats every time. One process that repeats every time is known as fact. Hence these two processes are facts and it is important to note and acknowledge because facts are the basis of logic.

1- Though men struggle hard and make their best for excellence but always there are unpredicted shortcomings. Planning and preparations develop and minimize the shortcomings but they can’t stop them. It is why men should always keep room for mistakes, shortcomings and unexpected situations in their planning and preparations. This approach makes life and work easy. It is why it is named as flexibility rule. As flexibility rule is a fact so it is also logic.

2- Second phenomenon also asks for tolerance and keeping room for shortcomings and it is about the ideas. Everyone can be false to extent and similarly everyone can be true to an extent. Hence it is logical to hear and accept others and be prepared to leave some of your ideas. It means there should be tolerance for accepting others truth and similarly tolerance for leaving our false ideas.

Hence flexibility rule asks for natural acceptance of weaknesses and strengths in all and natural tolerance for all.
